MR. SALEM RIHANI

Salem began his professional career in Denver, Colorado as a public finance professional issuing debt to assist local government build infrastructure for their constituents. Later, he opened his own financial advisory services that grew from three local land development projects to over a dozen clients with mixed-use land developments all over the country. He helped his clients acquire land totaling more than 20,000 acres and valued at over $500 million.

In 2008, Salem moved to Dubai, and began consulting to various industries, including facilities management, medium size real estate developers, education providers, and others. He also served as an advisor to a consulting initiative, Intelaaq, introducing Gulf Arab graduating youth to the private sector through the consultancy practice.

Salem and his family returned to the United States in 2015 where he returned to his passion in real estate. He recently co-founded Nhabit Real Estate in 2020 and is currently expanding fluidmeet, an online platform connecting people with event spaces, into the US market from its Dubai routes.

He is active in the community with local non-profits and currently sits on the executive committee for the Jordanian American Association in DC , and in the Steering Committee for Connect.JO.
